This selection of songs are for the 2024 BAAM Black Alaskans Matter Exhibit at the Bear Gallery in Fairbanks Alaska.

Peace is within: This piece is a 15 minute long audio exploration into self love. The listener can move in anyway they like as they meditate and explore the affirmations and how they move through the body. How do you experience the affirmation “You ARE love” in your body, mind and soul while you move? Be curious not judgemental as you explore yourself in movement and mediation in this piece.

Walk With Me: is an exploration into the journey of the snake as it sheds its skin. You are invited into the exploration of your own selves as you move your body to the music and imagine yourself shedding your old skin (ie.trauma, grief, despair, sorrow, depression etc.) and becoming brand new. Release your inhibitions and walk through time and space. Give yourself grace in the moment and find peace.

WHAT IS A NEW MOON FULL MOON DANCE MEDITATION ALBUM???
Truth be told, I originally launched the New/Full Moon Dance Mediation Album series this January (2022). The idea is to provide you with a global healing and meditative dance event in your home or wherever you wish to be and whenever you wish to do it! I will produce these albums when the spirit moves me to do so.

Intuitive Dance guides the practitioner into a healing experience. As you release expectations on your body you will move with ease and your body will release itself to have a full healing experience. The voice can also be added to help release tension and pain in the body. Let the music guide you into an ecstatic experience you will want to repeat as a daily practice.

In this work, I combine my love and passion for dancing and music together with Vocal Alchemy. Each compilation is channeled to bring together the right mix of sounds and Vocal Alchemy for a magickal and healing experience. I've created this music to be affirmative, thought provoking and ecstaticly pleasing to the body and the ear.

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Tamara Zenobia is an Alaska born Vocal Alchemist, Healer, Medium & Performance Artist. She brings a unique artistic philosophy to her work and that is to hone the gift of the intuitive and improvisational artist/healer within each of us. Her process combines the elements of Vocal Alchemy, music, dance movement and visual art to create a very organic way of living and being which supports physical, spiritual and mental wellbeing for all aspects of our lives.

Tamara is the founder of Butterfly Jazz Intuitive Arts LLC. She performs, teaches workshops and classes, and provides private consulting opportunities to individuals, businesses and government, which she offers both locally, and internationally.
